Ultimate winners will be determined by the players whose characters are participating in the date auction. This may be the final commenter, this may be an RNG win, it may be rule of funny, it may be pre-determined — all criteria are accepted.

yeah that's the fucking problem- actually, no, not 100% accurate either. hijikata is more of a mixed bag from his own years of experience with him. but unfortunately the frustrating thing is that he can't outright deny that either.
